The Peruvian Forest

The forest is one of the richest ecosystems in the world and covers near 60% of the Peruvian territory. It is also one of the zones with the greatest and biological diversity of the world.
In the forest we can see many animals from smallest to the biggest. Peru is considered one of the 5 countries of the world with more animal and vegetable  diversity.

There are not less than 3000 species of butterflies among them, some of rare beauty, 1816 species of birds, 4000 types of orchids and there are  not less tha  416 mammals. That is to say, that we have to keep the eyes well opened besides knowing how to wait for patient and quiet.
It is possible to see monkeys, pumas, jaguars that are frightful predators, many serpents, being the most well-known among them : the Anaconda, they are lazy and very difficult for being seen because at night they are camouflaged between the plants, the lights of the lamps allow to see the reddish eyes of the crocodiles in the rivers… Throughout, you will hear the diverse birds to remind you that they are in the middle of the Amazon and  the nature.
The fish that  are in the rivers are generally enormous and magnificent. There are also the famous pink dolphins and piranhas that can be fished with chicken´s bloody vísceras! Finally, we don`t have to forget the  flying serpents that from time to time they crash against the trees.
The Forest is a place to discover, if you wish to lose yourself there and to approach the nature still more, you can find the last native tribes that will make you  discover their ancestral rites and you will be able to dream magically in the middle of everything.
